Streamlined experience of onboarding for platform's end users, allowing for better self-service which improved interaction with the service. Increasing event edits by 88%, adding events increased by 73%, edits of problems increased by 63% and adding of problems increased by 33%

Challenge

This adult support platform empowered individuals to adapt to real-world challenges as they happened. But this service had a very complex onboarding process which impacted the quality of delivery and user interactions. I supported the team to streamline this experience to make it easier for users to understand the platform, setup accounts and start utilizing the platform & service.
